Founder
Nancy Horne founded NDH Search Worldwide,
Inc. in 1998, establishing the company as a leader in the globalization
of architecture. For the past twelve years, Horne and her team have built
an unprecedented reputation based on integrity, process management and
results. Nancy expanded the practice to key international regions such
as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong, and travels
to the Middle East extensively to assist the international firms in these
areas. Nancy received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.

Rebecca Herbster-Chen
Senior Associate
Rebecca is a Senior Associate at NDH Search
and has more than 17 years of experience in the field of executive search.
Rebecca has spent the last 5 years focusing on placing executives in the
U.S, Asia, Europe and MENA regions. Prior to joining NDH Search, Rebecca
was Information Specialist and Associate for leading global executive
search firm, Heidrick & Struggles' Los Angeles office. Rebecca holds
a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Riverside. You

Cynthia
Kaufmann
Senior Researcher
Cynthia is a research and recruitment specialist
for NDH Search and has more than 12 years of experience with 5 years focused
on placing senior-level executives in architecture and development. In
addition to extensive experience domestically, she has worked on searches
in Asia, Europe and MENA regions. Prior to recruiting, Cynthia was Associate
Director of Retail Marketing and Development for MCA Records. She holds
